Judge Cecil Wayne Williams was appointed judge to the Grand County Court in 1992. Judge Williams currently hears all county court cases, which include civil, criminal, traffic, misdemeanor, felony advisements and probable cause cases.
Courthouse personnel, law enforcement, juror and attorney questionnaires received by the commission rate Judge Williams highly overall. Judge Williams received high marks for compassion, integrity, judicial demeanor and control of the courtroom.
