His duties there were general law practice with an emphasis on criminal defense litigation. Judge Warner is currently assigned to the Domestic Relations Division his case load consists of 99.5% Domestic Relations and .5% Juvenile.

The Commission reviewed written evaluations of Judge Warner from both attorneys and non-attorneys responding to a professionally conducted survey. He received above average ratings from attorneys and average ratings for non-attorneys. Of the attorneys responding to the survey 89% strongly recommended he be retained, 5% strongly recommended he not be retained. Of the non-attorneys responding 57% strongly recommended retention, 29% strongly recommended non-retention. The Commission points out that the non-attorneys sample was very small and appeared to consist of litigants only.
