He is regarded as courteous, prompt and efficient in the handling of his Court. He is regarded as being a good listener and attentive to details being asserted.
Without exception, the attorney evaluations unanimously recommend retention of Judge Ross. 85.7% of court and probation employees recommended retention. 85.7% of litigants expressed an opinion or favored retention. 75.0% of law enforcement personnel recommended retention. 66.7% of victims recommended retention.
Judge Ross acknowledges an increasing case load and a continuing and growing responsibility, in light of his 30% part-time status. Judge Ross acknowledges a need to continue to expand his knowledge of the law, and to continue to provide the county court system as a fair and impartial tribunal for the persons living within his county.
