Judge Noble was appointed to the Associate County Court of Rio Blanco County, which is in Rangely, in 1992. This is a part-time office. The cases in her court are principally criminal cases and traffic infractions. Judge Noble is a licensed attorney and was admitted to practice in 1989.
Although Judge Noble rates herself as “average” in most categories, the questionnaires returned indicated consistently high ratings in all categories including courtesy, demeanor, punctuality and sentencing. A high percentage of questionnaires were returned.
