Judge Leh, a native of Sterling, Colorado, is a 1957 graduate of Princeton University and a 1960 graduate from Yale University School of Law. Judge Leh was appointed to the bench in 1978.
Attorneys, jurors, law enforcement and courthouse personnel evaluations of Judge Leh gave him universally high ratings in all aspects of his performance. Sixty-four of 66 attorneys expressing an opinion recommended his retention. All groups surveyed expressed high marks for Judge Leh’s sense of fairness.
The Commission found Judge Leh to be a thoughtful and fair judge.
