The Eighteenth Judicial District Commission on Judicial Performance recommends that Judge Truston Lee Fisher BE RETAINED.
Judge Fisher has served as a Lincoln County Judge since June of 1987, and has presided over felony, traffic, misdemeanors and civil cases.
Although not an attorney, Judge Fisher has been praised by a member of the Colorado Bar Association as an "exceptionally good Judge, perhaps because he is not a lawyer". Another courtroom observer pointed out that Judge Fisher "has done a fantastic job blending living and law".
Our survey responses, although small in numbers, were overwhelmingly favorable for retaining Judge Fisher.
