Judge Ethan D. Feldman received his undergraduate degree in Russian Language and Literature in 1970 from Northwestern University. In 1974, he received his law degree from the University of Denver. From 1974 to 1980, he served in the Arapahoe County District Attorney’s Office as a Deputy and later Chief Deputy District Attorney. From 1980 until his appointment to the county court bench in 1992, he was in private practice and served as a Glendale Municipal Judge.

The surveys evaluated Judge Feldman favorably. Of the attorneys who responded to the survey, 92.1% favored retention. The written comments on Judge Feldman were exceedingly positive.

The Commission concurs with this glowing assessment of Judge Feldman. Judge Feldman is a thoughtful and gracious judge. In his rulings and deliberations, he is kind but firm. He has brought outstanding people skills and great humanity to the bench. In the opinion of the Commission, Judge Feldman is a model judge.

The Eighteenth Judicial District Commission on Judicial Performance recommends that Judge Ethan D. Feldman BE RETAINED.
