EEAAP Statement and Plan

This webpage describes the plan for providing equally effective access for documents, webpages, and technology that is currently not accessible for all users.
1. Inaccessible Technology/Documents
Survey Vendor, Market Decisions, Evaluation Surveys
The survey currently has known accessibility barriers with survey content and navigation and will require fundamental alteration and at this time poses an undue burden on our Organization.
- Accessibility currently imposes an undue burden, but is under review by our vendor for compliance with WCAG 2.1 A/AA Standards
Market Decision Survey Evaluation Reports (2002 - 2024)
- Our organization currently has Survey Evaluation Reports that we are mandated by statute to provide to the public dating back to the year 2002. These reports are currently in a PDF format and the remediation of each of these documents currently imposes an undue burden on our organization.
Historical Archive Scanned Documents
- Our organization currently has a significant amount of scanned historical information that is currently in a non-accessible PDF format. These documents are classified as an undue burden for our organization to remediate at this current time.
UNDUE BURDEN is considered an action that requires significant financial, technical, or administrative difficulty or expense. Contractual, legal, regulatory, or technical constraints prevent the modification of the program, service, or activity.
FUNDAMENTAL ALTERATION is something that would change the essential nature of the entity's programs or services.
