The Thirteenth Judicial District Commission on Judicial Performance recommends that Judge David O. Colver BE RETAINED.
Judge Colver is in private practice as well as being County Judge. Judge Colver is involved in his community and works with youth in the school system. He believes involvement in the community is very important and has a beneficial effect.
Comments on surveys reveal Judge Colver is extremely fair and very professional. Surveys received from court personnel, attorneys, law enforcement agencies, litigants, victims and jurors were very positive. Eighty-five percent of the non-attorneys and 100% of the attorneys surveyed recommend Judge Colver be retained.
