Campbell, Brian 1994 Evaluation

Second Judicial District - Denver County Court Judge

Honorable Brian T. Campbell

Retention Year: 1994
Recommendation: Retain

Judge Campbell received his undergraduate degree in 1970 from Knox College. He received his law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1972.

Prior to his appointment to the Denver County Court, Judge Campbell served as a law clerk for federal judge Fred M. Winner in Denver. From 1974 to 1980, he was in private practice.

Judge Campbell has been active in professional organizations and, in 1990, received the Denver Bar Association Judicial Excellence Award.

The evaluation ratings on Judge Campbell were above average. From observations and interviews, Judge Campbell was found to be a fair judge. Considering the problems associated with over-crowded dockets, Judge Campbell handles his courtroom duties well.

The Second Judicial District Commission on Judicial Performance recommends that Judge Campbell BE RETAINED.
