Judge Bruner received her judicial appointment in Adams County in 1991. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law and was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 1984. Subsequent to being appointed a judge she served as a Deputy District Attorney with the Adams County District Attorney's Office.
Judge Bruner is currently spending in excess of 90% of her time on criminal cases. Surveys indicate that she is consistently courteous toward courtroom parties and witnesses. Judge Bruner indicates she is working to be more patient in the courtroom.
The majority of the survey groups indicate that Judge Bruner should be retained.
